We were hired by our client to assist with a cost-effective flip of a recently inherited Mid Century Modern home.

The original brick fireplace is a lovely feature of the room as well as the curved sunken floor.

The once dark circular kitchen is now full of light by adding new quartz countertops, painting the cabinets a light gray colour and installing new Led lighting under the upper cabinets & decorative lighting on the front of the eating counter to illuminate the new textured wallcovering.

A classic Noguchi pendants is a nod to the Mid Century home design.

To keep costs down, we painted the existing cabinets and kept the original tile walls and floors but added new counters and plumbing fixtures.
