A large loft is always a great interior design challenge. Our kitchen design featured a sculptural, floating kitchen island.

This expansive warehouse loft residence features opened beamed, tin ceilings, wood posts and large windows. We divided the open space into 5 open zones - entry, entertainment, reading, dining and kitchen.

The brick exterior walls are a perfect backdrop to the modern, sleek kitchen design.

An incredibly spacious loft.

The TV is mounted to a custom padded leather wall above a floating walnut storage cabinet.

This loft is one of 17 lofts we developed in a 2009 loft development. A warehouse loft in every sense of the word, the open space features high wood ceilings with heavy timber beams and posts and enormous windows. New partial height walls retain the open loft feeling as much as possible.
